Review policy
MyPotch does not currently publish public user reviews. These standards apply if moderated reviews are enabled in a later release.

No review submitted through an unrelated page or external service is a MyPotch review.
Eligible reviews
A review must describe a genuine first-hand experience with the listed organisation, service or place. The reviewer must not impersonate another person or conceal a material conflict of interest.
Prohibited content
- Fabricated experiences, coordinated manipulation or paid undisclosed promotion.
- Personal contact information, identity information or private correspondence.
- Threats, harassment, hate, explicit content or unlawful material.
- Unsupported allegations of serious criminal, medical or professional misconduct.
- Promotional links, repetitive spam or content unrelated to the experience.
Verification and moderation
Reviews must be verified through a private contact method and moderated before publication. Verification details must not be displayed publicly. Decisions should use reason codes and preserve an audit trail.
Ratings and ranking
A public rating should not influence ranking until a minimum number of genuine published reviews exists. MyPotch must not seed fake reviews, staff-authored testimonials or artificial ratings.
Corrections, responses and removal
A reviewer should receive a private route to correct or delete a review. An authorised organisation response may be allowed after verification and moderation. Content may be restricted or removed for policy, safety, privacy or legal reasons.
