Add or claim a business
MyPotch is preparing a moderated process for legitimate owners and authorised representatives to add or manage directory information.

No claim submitted elsewhere on the current website will be processed. The verified claim form and review queue are scheduled for a later release.
Who will be able to submit
A business owner, employee with authority, organisation representative or appointed directory manager may request a listing addition or claim. MyPotch will not approve anonymous ownership claims.
Prepare this information
- Official business or organisation name and commonly used trading name.
- Physical address, area and shopping centre where relevant.
- Public telephone number, website and official social profiles.
- Categories and a factual description of services.
- Opening hours and the official source for those hours.
- Your name, role and a way to verify your authority.
How verification will work
MyPotch may verify authority through an official business-domain address, a callback to an already published telephone number, the organisation’s official website, public registration information or supporting documentation. Sensitive evidence will not be published and should not be sent until the secure submission channel is available.
Review and publication
- Validate the listing and requester.
- Check for duplicates and conflicting sources.
- Review the proposed public information.
- Approve, request clarification or reject with a reason.
- Publish through the normal site-generation and deployment process.
