North West Dragons all-rounder Ruan de Swardt struck a career-best List A score of 126 from 116 balls for Leicestershire against Lancashire on Sunday, 26 July.
He came to the crease with Leicestershire in trouble at 22/4 and helped the side reach 362/8 while chasing Lancashire's 383/4. His innings included four sixes and 11 fours.
De Swardt also took 2/55 from his 10 overs. After three One-Day Cup matches for the county, he had seven wickets at an average of 17.85 and an economy rate of 4.62.
His short-term contract with Leicestershire was extended to 17 August before his expected return to the North West Dragons for the 2026/27 domestic season.
